Location :
From Péone, take the road for Valberg, and stop at the entrance of the path to Saint-Pierre; in the Aygue Blanche valley. The deposit is situated at the entrance of the Saint-Pierre valley.
Geological context :
Deposit situated in the triasic dolomites.
Works :
The deposit has been exploited from 1821 until 1906 to extract the lead.
Mineralization :
Minerals of Pb-Zn, mainly smithsonite. Some more recently formed radiated aragonite crystals can be found.
